These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (TOS) govern the contractual relationship between Versoura and any individual who makes a purchase through our website.

1. Purpose

These terms define the rights and obligations of both parties in the context of the sale of products and services offered by Versoura on www.versoura.com.

2. Products

Versoura offers custom digital songs created based on customer-submitted stories, as well as optional physical products such as gift boxes or USB drives.

Each product is described as accurately as possible on our website.
Slight variations in sound, tone, or presentation may occur due to the creative and personalized nature of our work and digital formats.

3. Orders

Placing an order on our website implies full acceptance of these Terms of Service. Once an order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email.

Versoura reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in the event of:

  • A payment issue

  • Suspicious activity or suspected misuse

  • Incomplete or inappropriate information in the order form

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in USD ($) and include applicable taxes.
Payments are made securely via Shopify’s integrated providers (e.g., credit card, PayPal, Shop Pay).

5. Delivery

  • Digital songs: Delivered via email within 48 hours of order confirmation (unless otherwise stated).

  • Physical items: Shipped to the address provided by the customer, within 3–10 business days (depending on region).

Versoura is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external couriers or incorrect customer information.
If a product arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

6. Right of Withdrawal

According to applicable law, personalized digital content is exempt from standard withdrawal rights. Once your song is in production, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

For physical (non-personalized) products, you have 14 days from receipt to request a return, under these conditions:

  • The product is unused and in its original packaging

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

7. Guarantees & Claims

Versoura guarantees that each digital product will be delivered as described.

If there is a production error (e.g., incorrect name or details not aligned with what was provided), we will correct it at no additional charge.

All claims must be submitted to contact@versoura.com within 30 days of delivery.

8. Liability

Versoura (OUAHIM LLC) is not liable for:

  • Indirect damages resulting from use or interpretation of our services

  • Emotional or subjective dissatisfaction not related to technical or factual errors

  • Loss of access to digital content due to customer error or system failure beyond our control

9. Intellectual Property

All songs, lyrics, audio files, images, texts, and brand assets on this website are the exclusive property of OUAHIM LLC.
Reproduction or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.

Customers may use the custom songs for personal, non-commercial purposes.

10. Conflict Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first seek an amicable solution.
If a resolution cannot be reached, jurisdiction will fall under Delaware, United States law.

11. Modifications to These Terms

Versoura reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time.
The applicable terms are those in effect at the time of the customer’s order.

12. SMS and Email Marketing Terms

By subscribing to SMS or email marketing through our website or during checkout, you consent to receive:

  • Order updates and reminders

  • Promotional messages and surveys

Message frequency may vary.
You can unsubscribe at any time by replying STOP to any SMS or clicking the unsubscribe link in any email.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.

OUAHIM LLC is not responsible for delays or errors in message delivery caused by third-party services.
