1. Digital Products (Custom Songs)

Delivery Method:
All custom songs are delivered digitally via email as a downloadable MP3 file, along with a PDF of the lyrics (if included in your order).

Standard delivery: within 48 hours of order confirmation
- If we require clarification or additional details, your delivery window may be extended slightly, and weβll contact you promptly

You will receive a confirmation email once your custom song is complete and ready for download. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you donβt see it.
2. Physical Products (if purchased)
We may offer optional physical items such as:

Shipping Regions:
We currently ship to the United States and selected international countries. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout.

4. Tracking & Confirmation
Once your physical product ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). For digital orders, no tracking is needed.
5. Customs & Import Duties
For international orders:

Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if any) are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient
- Delays caused by customs are outside of our control
6. Delivery Issues

If your digital order was not received within 48 hours, please check your email (including spam) and contact us immediately
- If a physical product arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
