At Versoura, we provide fast and reliable delivery of both digital and physical products. Our goal is to ensure your personalized song reaches you (or your recipient) in a timely, stress-free way.

1. Digital Products (Custom Songs)


✅ Delivery Method:

All custom songs are delivered digitally via email as a downloadable MP3 file, along with a PDF of the lyrics (if included in your order).

⏱️ Delivery Time:

  • Standard delivery: within 48 hours of order confirmation
  • If we require clarification or additional details, your delivery window may be extended slightly, and we’ll contact you promptly

📧 Delivery Confirmation:

You will receive a confirmation email once your custom song is complete and ready for download. Please check your spam/promotions folder if you don’t see it.

2. Physical Products (if purchased)


We may offer optional physical items such as:

  • Gift boxes
  • Printed lyric sheets

✅ Shipping Regions:

We currently ship to the United States and selected international countries. Shipping availability and costs are calculated at checkout.

📦 Processing Time:

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after production is complete.

🚚 Estimated Delivery Times:

  • USA: 3–7 business days
  • International: 7–14 business days (subject to local customs)

📦 Shipping Carriers:

We partner with trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or DHL depending on the destination.

3. Shipping Fees


  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery method
  • Digital delivery is always free

4. Tracking & Confirmation


Once your physical product ships, you will receive a tracking number via email (if applicable). For digital orders, no tracking is needed.

5. Customs & Import Duties


For international orders:

  • Customs fees, taxes, or import duties (if any) are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient
  • Delays caused by customs are outside of our control

6. Delivery Issues


  • If your digital order was not received within 48 hours, please check your email (including spam) and contact us immediately
  • If a physical product arrives damaged, incomplete, or lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
