Refund policy

At Versoura, our mission is to deliver meaningful and fully personalized musical experiences. Each song is created uniquely based on the customer’s story, making it a one-of-a-kind, custom creation.

Due to the handcrafted and digital nature of our product, our refund policy is structured according to the type of item purchased.

1. Right of Withdrawal


In accordance with applicable consumer protection laws, including Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code and international equivalents:

  • Custom digital products (e.g., personalized songs) are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Once your order is confirmed and production has begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
  • Physical products (e.g., printed items or gift packaging) may be eligible for return under the conditions stated below.

2. Digital Products (Custom Songs & Audio Content)


Versoura custom songs are not eligible for refund or return due to the following:

  • 🎡 Intangible nature: Once a song is delivered, it cannot be returned or verified as unused
  • ✍️ Artistic personalization: Each song is custom-written and produced specifically for the buyer
  • βœ… Immediate execution: By placing your order, you agree that production begins promptly and waive any cancellation rights

⚠️ Exception:
In the event of a verified production error on our part (e.g., incorrect name, details ignored despite being clearly provided), we will offer:

  • Up to 3 total revisions included with your order

No refunds are issued for digital content after production begins.

3. Physical Products (If Applicable)


If you order a physical item (e.g., USB gift box, lyric print), you have up to 30Β days from receipt to request a return, under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • Personalized physical products are non-refundable (unless defective or misprinted).
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, unless the return is due to our error.

4. How to Request a Return or Fix


To initiate a return or request a correction:

  1. Email contact@versoura.com with your order number and a detailed explanation
  2. For physical products, we will provide return instructions after reviewing your request
  3. Refunds (if applicable) are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and verify your return

5. Important Notes


  • Refunds are not issued for reasons of taste, emotional interpretation, or general dissatisfaction if the song matches the original input.
  • Partial refunds are not offered for unused features (e.g., if fewer than 3 revisions are used).
